Services Description
Logistics Services
We provide international parcel pickup and delivery services, specializing in shipments from India to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other global destinations. We act as a logistics facilitator, arranging shipment and transportation of goods for individual customers and businesses.
Payment Collection Services
We assist small and medium-sized businesses in India who do not have international payment gateways by collecting payments on their behalf through PayPal and other secure payment platforms. We remit appropriate amounts to sellers after deducting shipping charges, transaction fees, and applicable service charges.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
Service Terms
Shipping Services
- All shipments are subject to customs regulations of origin and destination countries
- Prohibited and restricted items cannot be shipped through our services
- Accurate declaration of contents and value is required
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or other factors
- Insurance coverage is available and recommended for valuable items
Payment Collection Services
- We collect payments from international buyers on behalf of Indian businesses
- Payment processing is subject to PayPal and other payment gateway terms
- Service charges and fees are clearly disclosed before processing
- Remittance to suppliers occurs after successful delivery confirmation
- Transaction disputes are handled according to payment gateway policies
Fees and Charges
Our service fees include:
- Shipping charges based on weight, dimensions, and destination
- Payment processing fees (typically 3-5% of transaction value)
- Service charges for coordination and documentation
- Customs duties and taxes (paid by recipient unless pre-arranged)
- Additional fees for special handling or express services
Customer Responsibilities
Shippers/Sellers
- Provide accurate product descriptions and values
- Ensure items are properly packaged for international shipping
- Comply with export regulations and licensing requirements
- Provide necessary documentation for customs clearance
- Respond promptly to information requests
Recipients/Buyers
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Pay applicable customs duties and taxes
- Be available for delivery or arrange alternative delivery
- Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage immediately
- Comply with import regulations of destination country
Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be shipped through our services:
- Illegal substances and controlled materials
- Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials
- Perishable foods and live animals
- Currency, precious metals, and negotiable instruments
- Items prohibited by origin or destination country laws
- Counterfeit or infringing products
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages are excluded
- Claims must be reported within specified timeframes
- Our liability does not exceed the service fees paid
Insurance and Claims
Insurance Coverage
- Basic coverage is included for loss or damage up to declared value

Claims Process
- Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Loss claims can be filed after 30 days from ship date

- Claims investigation may take 30-60 days
